2.1 Account Information

intFix uses Clerk for authentication. We may collect your email address, name, profile photo (if supplied through Google), and authentication credentials managed securely by Clerk. Passwords are never stored in plain text. Sign-in may use email and password (development builds only) or Google OAuth.

2.2 User-Generated Content

You may provide issue descriptions, appliance photos from your camera or photo library, and a selected category such as home appliances, plumbing, cars and vehicles, or PC/laptop/phones.

2.3 Device Permissions

Camera and photo library/media access are requested only when you choose to add a photo. You may decline or revoke these permissions; the rest of the App will continue to work.

2.4 Subscription and Payment Information

Subscriptions (including the 2-Day Pass, Weekly, and Monthly plans) are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not directly collect or store credit card, billing address, or payment details.

2.5 Usage and Technical Data

We may collect app version, device type and operating system, crash reports, error logs, and general non-identifiable usage analytics.

• Manage accounts and authentication.
• Process issue descriptions and photos to provide AI-assisted repair guidance.
• Personalise the experience and display your profile.
• Verify and manage intFix Pro subscriptions.
• Respond to support requests and troubleshoot issues.
• Detect abuse and improve app performance and features.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Integer Labs, our users, or others.

4.3 Business Transfers

Information may be transferred in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to the protections in this policy.

• Account data is retained while your account is active or as needed to provide services.
• Photos are used for the active diagnosis session and are not retained beyond what is necessary to complete it.
• Issue descriptions may be retained to provide and improve AI diagnosis features.
• You may request deletion by contacting integerlabs@intfix.com.

We use Clerk’s secure authentication and session management, Expo SecureStore for sensitive local auth tokens (Keychain on iOS and Keystore on Android), and HTTPS/TLS for data in transit. No electronic storage or internet transmission is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

intFix is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information and will delete it when discovered without verified parental consent.

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, data portability, or withdrawal of consent (including device permissions). We will not send marketing communications without consent. Contact integerlabs@intfix.com to exercise these rights.

The App may link to third-party websites or services. This policy does not apply to them; please review their privacy policies.

Your data may be processed in countries outside your own, including countries where providers such as Clerk operate. We use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

We may update this policy by changing the “Last Updated” date and, for material changes, showing an in-app notification or prompt. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised policy.
