IntegerLabs is committed to safeguarding your privacy and ensuring that your personal data is collected, used, and processed responsibly and transparently. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use intScript. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of your information in accordance with this policy.

A. Information You Provide Directly
  • Account Information – Name, email address, profile photo URL, and unique authentication identifier collected via Clerk.
  • User Content & Prompts – Text, topics, keywords, descriptions, tone preferences, and instructions you enter into the App for AI generation.
  • Customer Support Communications – Inquiry topic, issue description, contact email, and optional screenshot attachments.

Session tokens and authentication states are stored locally using encrypted storage (expo-secure-store).

C. In-App Purchase & Payment Data
  • All purchases are processed by Google Play Billing or Apple In-App Purchase, managed via RevenueCat.
  • IntegerLabs does not collect or store credit card details, bank account numbers, or billing addresses.
  • We only receive purchase receipts, subscription status (Free, Plus, Pro), transaction identifiers, and expiration dates.
We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment card details.

intScript requests specific device permissions strictly to enable corresponding features:

Internet Access (INTERNET)
Connect to backend servers, authentication providers, and AI generation endpoints.
Network State (ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE)
Detect offline/online network connectivity for a seamless experience.
Photo Library / Storageoptional
Allow you to upload screenshots when filing customer support or bug tickets.
In-App Billing (BILLING)
Process subscription purchases and upgrades through Google Play Store / Apple App Store.
Permissions are never used for purposes unrelated to app functionality and can be managed through your device settings.
  1. Provide and Deliver Services – Generating AI copywriting outputs (blog posts, titles, meta tags, product descriptions, marketing copy, social media captions, etc.) based on your requests.
  2. Account Management & Authentication – Authenticating your identity and managing sessions safely through Clerk.
  3. Manage Subscriptions & Credits – Tracking credit usage, tier limits, token consumption, and validating subscription entitlements through RevenueCat and platform app stores.
  4. Customer Support – Investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving user issues submitted via our help center.
  5. App Optimization – Monitoring performance, fixing software bugs, analyzing usage trends, and enhancing user experience.
  6. Security & Abuse Prevention – Enforcing our Terms of Service, preventing fraudulent transactions, spam, and abuse of generation endpoints.
We do not sell your prompts or generation data.
  • When you initiate a content generation request, your input prompts, settings, and templates are transmitted to our secure backend cloud API, which interfaces with enterprise AI model providers.
  • Your inputs and generated outputs are used strictly to fulfill your generation requests. We do not use private customer prompt data to train public foundation models without your explicit consent.
  • When you copy generated text, the content is placed on your device's clipboard via local system APIs (expo-clipboard). We do not read other unrelated data from your clipboard.

Trusted third-party providers assist us in operating the Service. They have access to your personal data only to perform specific tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose:

Subscription management, receipt validation, and customer entitlement tracking.

SSL/TLS Encryption
All data transmissions between the App and our servers are encrypted using SSL/TLS.
Hardware-Backed Storage
Sensitive session credentials are saved in hardware-backed encrypted storage (expo-secure-store).
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations.

Depending on your geographic location (including the EU under GDPR and California under CCPA/CPRA), you have certain rights:
