• Account Creation: To access certain features and generate content, you must register and authenticate using our third-party authentication partner (Clerk).
• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account details updated.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify IntegerLabs immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
• Termination by User: You may delete your account or discontinue using the Service at any time.

intScript is an artificial intelligence-assisted copywriting and content creation tool designed to assist users in generating text for blogs, product descriptions, headlines, social media posts, advertising copy, emails, meta tags, and other marketing materials.

The Service offers both free tiers with limited monthly generation credits and paid subscription tiers (“Plus” and “Pro”) offering higher limits, priority processing, and unlimited generation capabilities.

• Nature of AI: intScript uses artificial intelligence, machine learning models, and automated algorithmic generation. Outputs may occasionally contain factual errors, biases, or inaccuracies.
• Review Requirement: You are solely responsible for thoroughly reviewing, editing, verifying, and fact-checking any AI-generated output before publishing, distributing, or commercially relying upon it.
• No Professional Advice: Outputs generated by intScript do not constitute professional advice of any nature (including legal, medical, tax, investment, financial, or regulatory advice). IntegerLabs disclaims all liability for actions taken based on outputs generated by the App.
• Third-Party Infringement: You bear full responsibility for ensuring your published content complies with relevant third-party rights and applicable laws.

You agree not to use intScript for any unlawful, abusive, or harmful purpose. Specifically, you agree that you will NOT:

1. Use the Service to generate, transmit, or promote illegal, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, hateful, violent, or sexually explicit content.
2. Generate content that violates any third party's privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights.
3. Attempt to bypass, tamper with, or circumvent API rate limits, credit usage meters, subscription restrictions, or paywalls.
4. Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive the source code of the App or its backend APIs.
5. Use any automated bot, scraper, crawler, or script to extract data or access the Service without express authorization.
6. Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the App, servers, or networks connected to the Service.
7. Use the outputs of intScript to build or train a competing automated content generation service or machine learning model.
8. Misrepresent that AI-generated output was entirely human-written where disclosure is required by law, regulation, or industry code.

IntegerLabs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue (temporarily or permanently) the Service or any part thereof, with or without notice. We also reserve the right to modify subscription prices, features, or token quotas at any time. Any price adjustments will apply only to subsequent billing cycles following reasonable advance notice.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless IntegerLabs, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Service;
• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your User Content or published AI-generated outputs; or
• Your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property, privacy, or publicity right.

These Terms and your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which IntegerLabs is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations or submitted to the competent courts of said jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

We reserve the right to revise or replace these Terms at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least thirty (30) days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect, either via an in-app notice or email notification. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
